    As asphalt shingles age, they gradually lose the oils that help keep them flexible. Roof Maxx® is designed to replenish those oils and restore flexibility to qualifying shingles.

    It is not a replacement for necessary repairs or a failing roof. EB Builders inspects the roof first to determine whether Roof Maxx® Roof Restoration, repair, or full replacement is the right next step.

  • Roof Maxx® is a plant-based treatment used as part of our roof restoration service for qualifying asphalt shingles. It helps restore flexibility lost as shingles age, with each treatment adding five years of life and repeat treatments available every five years for up to 15 years total.

  • Keep this mostly as-is if the current answer already says it costs a fraction of full replacement. I would avoid adding hard percentages unless EB is comfortable backing them up consistently.

  • The application process is typically completed within a few hours and requires much less disruption than a full roof replacement.
