Hi, I’m Nick Bennett, the owner of EB Builders.
At EB Builders, we’re more than just a roofing company — we’re part of the Chautauqua County community, and we take pride in providing dependable, high-quality roofing services to our neighbors. After getting our start in Jamestown, EB Builders has grown into a larger operation based in Falconer, NY, serving homeowners throughout Chautauqua County, Cattaraugus County, and surrounding Western New York communities.
Growing up in this area, I’ve always believed in the value of hard work and helping others. That’s why I built EB Builders on the foundation of integrity, reliability, and a commitment to excellence. When you work with us, you’re not just hiring a roofing company—you’re partnering with a team that genuinely cares about protecting your home and your investment.
Our mission is simple: to deliver professional craftsmanship, trustworthy service, and roofing solutions that stand the test of time. As a preferred Owens-Corning contractor, we’re proud to offer the best materials in the industry, backed by a 50-year warranty to give you peace of mind.
Proudly Based in Falconer, NY

We recommend scheduling a professional roof inspection if you notice leaks, missing shingles, or general wear and tear. Minor issues like localized damage can often be addressed with repairs, while widespread damage or an aging roof may require a full replacement. Our team can assess the condition of your roof and recommend the best solution for your home.

Roof Maxx® is an eco-friendly, plant-based treatment that rejuvenates asphalt shingles, restoring their flexibility and extending their lifespan by up to 15 years. It’s a cost-effective alternative to a full roof replacement and helps reduce waste by maximizing the life of your existing roof.

The timeline depends on the size and scope of the project. Minor repairs can often be completed in a single day, while a full roof replacement may take a few days. After an inspection, we’ll provide you with an accurate timeline so you know what to expect.
